Review:
- Butternut soup = delicious. Lamb curry was hot! Greek lamb was tasty
- Starter mushroom with salsa, cheese & chili topping was tasty
- Prawns were good too, good value for money
- Beef ale stew - very hearty...
- Butternut soup was superb & risotto fantastic. Large portions and even large glasses of wine (hic) Fantastical
- Butternut soup + rump steak, really good. Huge portions, nice venue, will recommend.
- Falaffel very good
- Lamb curry can compare favourably
- Lasagna - nice portions, tasted great
- Greek lamb was good. Shame it was the last one so others missed out! Also a shame that there was no kudu. Given that it was a Saturday night they were out of a lot of dishes:-(
- Rump steak was ok. Good sized portion. Oscar was great!
- Chicken fillet was very good, kebabs very tasty, and overall not "bad" vibe at all. Although the kebab was not kudu!
08/11 - On a sad note: Although we all knew him for only a couple of hours, it is with sadness to have to tell you, that the Dinner Club Waiter, Oscar, has passed away as a result of stab wounds from a mugging. ATOM is setting up a Trust Fund to at least secure his daughter's education. (Refer "a touch of madness" Facegroup group)
